It’s a sad day…

I’m not really sure where things went wrong this season, but I’m pretty sure we can say that it happened long before the Cowboys took the field today. Again, we experienced a December swoon, and the team that took our breathe away in September sadly kicked us in the gut today. Sorry Cowboys, but for those of us who shared this ride with you, there seemed to be a bad moon rising weeks ago.

But as fans do, we hoped it was only our imagination. We hoped this team would kick it back into gear, that our defense would rise to the occasion, and most importantly, that the Jedi would again wow us with his marvelous wonder.

Oh well. Another Dallas team’s great promise vanishes much too quickly.
