Thanks and more pictures!

Let me first say how much we appreciate the many comments that have been left here by family and friends as well as those who were able to stop by the hospital to see our little boy. It’s been a crazy couple of days. I was just about to begin the process of getting ready for Jack. We’d made some plans, but overall we were pretty unprepared.

We finally got home today [Thursday] about mid-afternoon. Jack is actually whimpering a little bit as he wakes up from his afternoon nap in the other room. Stephanie is doing great and all Jack’s tests came back great. I’ve added some more pictures here. Below are some of my favorites and the link at the bottom is to the full gallery of pictures we’ve taken over the past few days. The photos which I had previously posted were all from my iPhone. We didn’t even make it into the delivery room with our regular camera!

Again, thanks for sharing this incredible moment with us. As I take a few weeks off to be home with Stephanie and Anna, I’m sure I will have much more to share!

And here is the link to the full album.

    So, so awesome.
Congratulations and glad everyone is healthy & happy.
Takes me back to me & Sherri’s early years, although they don’t really seem so far back.
Brooke is 4 years older than Alex, of course now they are 22 & 18.
I remember thinking it worked out so well having a girl first, it really opened up a part of the love & affection inside me that I had never known. And I got my first real glimpse into unconditional love.
When Alex came along I remember how amazed I was at how different they were. The lesson became how boundless love is, that there is just more & more. No end.

I love the picture of Steph, Anna and Jack. It looks like Anna is trying to tell her mom “I know what I am doing here!” Love it!
